Kerry Express (KE) is a well-known regional courier. The company focused on B2B delivery solutions in the past decade. In 2021, KE planned to expand its business to the B2C and cross-border delivery market. I helped KE design the UI and UX of its new mobile apps for consumers to manage delivery shipments and earn loyalty points, so as to maintain relationships with consumers.
