Kerry Express (KE) is a well-known regional courier. The company focused on B2B delivery solutions in the past decade. In 2022, KE tendered for the HSBC service contract of daily “Headquarter to Brunch (H2B)” direct delivery service. In this project, I helped KE to build a brand new digital service, including an admin dashboard, an interface for bank users and a courier app, aiming to increase the transparency through the real-time monitoring for the enterprise.
